it was a recorded message.. a man with a deep voice that said "for bell customers only, you've won our prize, press 1 to accept" i was curious so i pressed 1 and then they hung up on me.

These people are a law office in California. I was actually sued by them last week. Got my summons last month. I can careless if they garnish my wages, I can afford it so screw them.

Said their Company was called Lapiz. He had the name of one of our partners and asked for him to call back to "set up a phone interview." He spoke very poor English. However, the thing I found most interesting was that when he gave his company name (which I didn't understand what he said) there was a beep of some kind, some kind of interuption in the connection I thought. So I asked him the company name again, and again, the same connection interuption/beep. Then he spelled the company name "Lapiz." I don't know what to think...but I do know that if we can't understand him, we won't be able to do business with him (if he is legit).

I bought this pay-per-use phone end of July, and since August, I get at least one call a day, sometimes its a computer voice, sometimes a human asking for Roberto.

called to say I owed a payday loan from American Payday... I have never had a loan from this company... huge scammers

scam - they are asking for money, saying I owe them money. They are calling from India using American names and threatening law suits. I don't owe anyone any money. They are scammers, look out.

recieved call Vodafone customer care advised to call 1555 to find out more but it was 19:30 Hrs this area is closed. Seems strange as it reported as not available or disconected. Could be Government agency instead of telemarketing. Perhaps trace calls Attempt to black ball or block caller. Oddly I have had a few issues of a personal nature and made a few calls on the phone regarding these to Government and other telephone numbers and this started happening now?

I received a call from this number on my cell phone. When I answered no one spoke, so I hung up.
